I am Svetlana, a hairdresser and colourist, and I have been working in this profession for 23 years. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects – including events, magazines, photo shoots, concerts and film shoots. This experience has taught me to adapt quickly, to see the bigger picture whilst also noticing the finer details. My work combines two things: a love of hair and respect for people. Today, I pay particular attention to the condition and care of hair. I’m constantly learning, attending seminars and delving into hair chemistry, its structure and processes, because it’s not just the beautiful result that matters to me, but also how the hair feels after the treatment. Discussing at-home hair care plays an equally important role in my work. A large part of the long-term result and the condition of the hair is determined precisely by daily care, so I want everyone to know how to look after their hair properly and maintain the results achieved. The person sitting opposite me is very important to me. I want to listen to them, understand their wishes, past experiences and expectations. I believe that a good result starts with a good conversation and trust. I treat each person as an individual and devote as much time to the job as is needed. I am open, sincere and put a lot of energy into my work, so that the client leaves the salon not only with beautiful hair, but also feeling that they have been genuinely looked after.
