I am Gintarė, a beautician with a Bachelor’s degree in Aesthetic Cosmetology within the field of Medicine and Health; I am currently continuing my studies in the field of Public Health, whilst continuing to develop my skills through various additional training courses, work placements and seminars. I am also interested in wellness, hormonal balance, the impact of nutrition on the body, and how all these factors influence human health. In my view, achieving healthy skin requires a holistic approach involving collaboration with a beautician, establishing a home skincare routine, a balanced diet, physical activity, protection from external environmental factors, and maintaining emotional balance.
