Meet the team

Rūta
Hello, I am Rūta Rekašienė – a beauty therapist and specialist in the ‘Encanto’ keratin straightening treatment, with over 16 years’ experience. I welcome my clients in Vilnius, at Latako 1/ Bokšto 2, at the “Mt.Backstage” beauty salon. The experience I’ve gained over many years, combined with continuous professional development, allows me to offer not only professional results but also long-lasting hair health. I specialise in permanent straightening, restorative and moisturising treatments, and hot scissor cutting. My philosophy is simple – every woman can have the very best version of her hair, and I’m here to help her reveal it. @rutabeautyservices
