To ensure high-quality services and that everything runs smoothly, we have a few important rules! We only apply nail varnish to healthy nails! If your nails are damaged, severely flaking or show signs of infection, we will not carry out the treatment. We recommend that you first strengthen or treat your nails – we can advise you on how to do this!
Running late? Here’s what we do: If you’re up to 15 minutes late, we’ll only be able to do a basic manicure – with a coloured base coat (without gel polish colour or design). If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment so as not to keep other clients waiting. Plan your time and arrive on time – that way you’ll receive a high-quality service!
