For those who have just discovered this profile, I’d like to introduce myself briefly: I have been studying and practising BEST massage/therapy since 2016. As it happens, I came across this method whilst seeking help for myself. One by one, I found answers to questions that had troubled me for many years, and I delved deeper and deeper into the intricacies of this method; after which I began studying medicine, massage, the art of touch and a host of other techniques that help to find harmony in life and increasingly enrich my overall view of the world.
