  • Neringa

    Massage therapist

    My name is Neringa. I have turned my long-standing hobby of massage into a profession. In 2018, I qualified as a massage therapist at the King Mindaugas Vocational Centre. I am passionate about my profession, constantly learning and deepening my knowledge. I have completed numerous massage courses, including Swedish massage, the basics of kinesiological taping, therapeutic foot massage, the use of cupping, hot stone massage, ‘Trigger Points: Clinical Features and Techniques’, ‘Trigger Points: Myology’ and post-isometric relaxation. Every person is unique, and their condition and complaints are individual, so I tailor the massage to each person’s needs. I am interested in Ayurveda. I perform various Ayurvedic treatments for the eyes, nose and ears, as well as body muscle relaxation and Shirodhara.
