Hello, I’m Darija, DoSelf was born out of a desire to pause, even briefly, and do something small for myself – to slow down the chaos of everyday life, if only for a moment. For me, the Kobido facial massage has become not just a beauty treatment, but a way to restore a sense of lightness, relieve tension in the face and body, calm the mind and, if only for a short while, reconnect with myself. I have completed Levels I–II training in Japanese therapeutic facial massage, as well as training in Kobido incorporating Kogao elements. I have become deeply fascinated by this field, so I am constantly deepening my understanding of the connection between touch, the nervous system and a person’s sense of well-being. In my treatments, I focus not only on the face, but also on tension in the neck, shoulders and jaw, which is often reflected in our state of mind, facial expressions and a general feeling of tiredness. My main priority is that, after the treatment, you leave not only with clearer skin, but also with a sense of lightness, calm and relaxation. I look forward to welcoming you to the DoSelf rituals.
