When I talk about the body, I talk about it as a sensitive being with its own voice, needs and limits. It is important to me that a person feels safe during a massage, free from pressure and judgement. At Forest SPA Studio, the body is accepted and respected just as it is. I also want to show that to feel better, you don’t need to radically change your entire lifestyle – sometimes small steps are enough. Massage isn’t just about beauty. It’s about health, productivity, ease of movement and peace of mind.
