Hello🌞 My name is Loreta, and I’m a therapeutic massage specialist. To introduce myself, I’d like to tell you about the massages I provide – how I understand massage therapy and what I aim to achieve through it. Massage is a wonderful way to get to know your own body. What state it’s in right now, what it’s feeling and what it needs. Together with the client, I always try to identify the root cause of a particular pain or ailment. Most often, the cause lies in our minds – it’s stress, anxiety, rushing about and all the other synonyms for our modern-day lives. Once we’ve identified the cause – or at least have a rough idea of it – we look for a solution. Usually, massage alone cannot eliminate the root cause; that is left as ‘homework’ for the client, whilst my role is to address the consequences: relieving tension and spasms, reducing pain and improving mood. It is very important to identify the problem in good time and to address the consequences it has caused in the body promptly, because our body is a single, integrated mechanism; if one element malfunctions, the whole mechanism breaks down, and it then becomes very difficult to identify the cause and restore the body’s full functioning. Furthermore, these consequences can give rise to new ailments or even diseases. So, during a massage session, I always try to identify the root cause of the ailment, work with the client to find a solution, and improve their physical condition through massage. I always try to give people the utmost care, a sense of security, peace, relaxation and love – lots and lots of love.💚🌿
