Vladislav Galandieskij, I am the co-founder, alongside my wife, of the ‘Gentleman’s Empire’ salon. Since 2016, together with my wife Aliona, we have established a high-end beauty salon. My personal journey as a barber began as a hobby – I used to cut my friends’ and acquaintances’ hair. I became a barber in Ireland, where I worked successfully for 3.5 years. Upon returning to Lithuania, I continued my career as a barber. My aim is not only to pass on my knowledge to my staff, but also to inspire them with new ideas and the highest standards of craftsmanship. With fifteen years’ experience in hairdressing, I turn every haircut into not just a professional service, but also a unique customer experience at the ‘Gentleman’s Empire’ salon. It is not just a place where masculinity and beauty reign supreme, but also a space where beauty and lifestyle come together. I am constantly honing my skills with renowned hair specialists both in Lithuania and abroad.

Mindaugas Valiukas – a hairdresser with 10 years’ experience, who was inspired by the art of hairdressing from his very first steps alongside his aunt. He rose to a professional level after completing courses in his hometown of Utena and at the ‘Femina Bona’ Master Academy in Kaunas. Mindaugas, who has been working at “Dželtamans Empire” for seven years, is not only inspired but also an inspiration to others, constantly improving his skills and attending various training courses in Lithuania and abroad. We value his reliability, perseverance and attention to detail. In addition, Mindaugas is involved in motor sports and occasionally takes an active part in rallies as a co-driver. His free time is also filled with cycling trips – both long and short distances. He is a forward-thinking individual who not only expresses himself in the beauty industry but also actively explores various fields, including motor sport and cycling as a hobby.

Meet Arturas Rindeika, our new team member at Gentlemans Empire. Arturas is a unique gentleman. He has tried his hand at fashion, photography and cuisine, and is now learning the art of men’s haircutting and beard styling. Arturas is a young, energetic, ambitious and inquisitive man who believes in never standing still and always striving for improvement.
