The team
Meet the team
Gintarė
Studied Hairstyling at VK from 2012. In 2016, she worked as a generalist hairdresser. Since 2020, she has worked at ‘Barbershop’. Work experience with hair, hairstyles and pastiche (artistic hairstyling and modelling) at various events and in films since 2015. Gintarė’s daily task is to listen to and understand each client’s expectations and to fulfil them using her accumulated knowledge and through continuous self-improvement. “Tell me how you want to look, and I’ll make it happen. After all, a happy client equals a happy stylist,” Gintarė firmly believes. According to the stylist, her excellent results are down to her constant interest in her field, professional hair care products and a love for her work.
Diana
In 1991, she obtained a hairdressing diploma. From 2003 to 2004, she studied the US ‘Pivot Point’ hairdressing techniques and methodology at the ‘Femina Bona’ training centre. She completed the ‘Image Makers’ fashion and style course run by K. Bogomolov. In 2009, she obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology. Since 2008, she has been a trainer for the Wella Professionals, Kadus Professional and Sebastian Professional haircare brands. She regularly gains experience through the ‘Train the Trainer’ courses organised by Wella Professionals for the ‘Wella Professionals’, ‘Kadus Professional’ and ‘Sebastian Professional’ brands, which are designed to develop the skills of these brands’ lead trainers. She shares her knowledge and experience by leading haircutting and colouring seminars for hairdressers in Lithuania. She continually hones her professional skills and qualifications at seminars organised by the world’s most renowned hairdressing academies: Vidal Sassoon, Mazella & Palmer and Allilon. Over the course of her career, she has worked at the beauty salons ‘Femina Bona’, ‘Sarma Style’, the Wella Centre and ‘Kirpimo meistrai’. ‘I am genuinely delighted when I see a client who has just left my chair feeling beautiful and satisfied with their appearance. At moments like these, you realise that your knowledge, experience and desire to create beauty are needed. This inspires me not to stop, to keep improving and to continue delighting my clients,” says Diana, founder of Grey Salon.
