Paulita
My name is Paulita. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Derby, and I have trained in orthopaedic acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the College of Chinese Medicine, West London. I specialise in sports-related and everyday injuries and pain, and in improving your quality of life through alternative medicine. ‘Holistics’ takes a holistic view of the whole person – the body’s structure, functions, emotions, mind and uniqueness. I treat the person, not just the illness. I have always been committed to a healthy lifestyle through sport, but I have paid just as much attention to the psychological aspects of human life.
