Inside, a wellness studio based in Klaipėda, is a space where every detail creates an experience of conscious connection with oneself.

Here, massage is understood not merely as a means of relaxation, but as a profound therapeutic journey encompassing the body, breathing, emotions and the nervous system. We work on an individual basis, guided by a holistic philosophy – we seek not only points of tension but also their causes, whilst observing body posture, the condition of the tissues and the rhythm of breathing.

We use methods that are kind to both people and the environment; aromatherapy, soft lighting and natural materials create a calm, cosy atmosphere in which it is easy to pause, listen to yourself and truly relax.

This space is designed for those seeking more than just a superficial effect – those who value quality, respect for the body and a subtle, profound connection.

    Holistic massage practitioner

Hello, I’m Alvita Mačiulskienė, and my hands are your body’s path to true freedom and harmony. Have you ever felt as though your body was speaking, but nobody could hear it? My mission is to listen to your body’s language and help it restore the balance that we so often lose in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am a physiotherapist and holistic massage practitioner with over 12 years’ experience. My work combines scientific knowledge with the subtle art of touch, allowing me not only to relax the body but also to create a safe space where true relaxation and inner peace can flourish. Holistic massage is a deep, systematic process designed to relax muscles, fasciae and ligaments tense with stress, and even emotions trapped within the body. It promotes bodily balance, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, enhances the functioning of internal organs, and balances the hormonal and nervous systems. During the massage, I combine advanced techniques that allow me to work on all the body’s systems and help the body restore its natural balance. My clients often say: ‘It was more than just a massage – it was an experience I want to return to again and again.’ And that is precisely what I aim for – for every visit to become your own ritual, restoring lightness, energy and inner harmony. I invite you on this journey – a rendezvous with yourself, during which we’ll take care of your body and soul just as they deserve. Your calmness, lightness, sparkling, rested eyes and smile are my greatest inspiration. When I see these changes, I feel immense gratitude for your trust and for the journey we are taking together. With love 🫂 and 🤍! A. M. ✨
