Physiotherapist / massage therapist
Hello! :) I am Vaiva Čiužaitė, a physiotherapist and massage therapist. My main professional aim is to help you move as freely and pain-free as possible through the use of physiotherapy and massage techniques. I have been practising massage for seven years now, with great love and dedication to my work. I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy. I also graduated from King Mindaugas Vocational School, where I qualified as a massage therapist. I am currently a licensed physiotherapist and a specialist in therapeutic massage. I take an active interest in techniques for myofascial muscle relaxation, manual lymphatic drainage massage, trigger point therapy and the release of areas of muscle tension, as well as techniques for relieving facial muscle tension and massage techniques for temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
