My name is Igor. I am an orthopaedic surgeon and traumatologist from Ukraine, a qualified massage therapist and physiotherapist with over 9 years’ practical experience. I currently live and work in Lithuania.

My education began at medical university, and I later undertook an internship at the Donetsk Regional Traumatology Centre under the supervision of a professor and Doctor of Medical Sciences. Over time, I began to specialise in massage, applied kinesiology, physiotherapy and various rehabilitation techniques.

Throughout my career, I have completed courses at dozens of professional schools, where I have gained knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and the mind-body connection. In my practice, I combine the principles of conventional medicine with Eastern approaches.

    I am an orthopaedic surgeon and traumatologist from Ukraine, a massage therapist and physiotherapist with over nine years’ experience. I take a holistic approach – combining medical knowledge, anatomy and rehabilitative techniques. I look not only for the symptom, but also for its cause. My aim is to help the body regain movement, stability and inner balance.
