Hello, my name is Jelena. I am a versatile hairdresser, though I am particularly drawn to women’s haircuts and colouring. I always make a point of listening to the client before offering advice. I am constantly on the lookout for the best cosmetics and hair care products, which not only style or colour the client’s hair beautifully, but also nourish it. Attention clients! If you are running late, please let us know. If you do so, a delay of up to 20 minutes will be tolerated(applies to some services only). If you are late and do not notify us, the stylist reserves the right to refuse service or to charge an additional fee for every 10 minutes of delay. IF A CLIENT FAILS TO SHOW UP EVEN ONCE, I WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THAT CLIENT. MONEY DEDUCTED FOR A NO-SHOW IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THE CLIENT WILL BE BLOCKED. Please also familiarise yourself with the policy on rescheduling or cancelling appointments. PAYMENT AT THE SALON IS BY CASH ONLY. A beauty salon is not a café, so no food is eaten on the premises. Clients are responsible for providing their own water :) Coffee or tea is offered to clients when a service takes longer than an hour. Clients are welcome at the salon without children (unless the child is a client), pets or accompanying persons.
