I work with muscle tension, breathing and calming the nervous system, taking into account the person’s overall state, not just an individual problem In my practice, I combine: • mindful movement and the principles of yoga • breathing exercises to help calm the nervous system • gentle energy work and touch • massage as a holistic body therapy I work one-to-one, observing the body’s signals, areas of tension and breathing. It is important to me not only to relax the muscles, but also to create a space in which the body can restore its own balance.
