After many years of work, I have finally opened my own cosy massage practice, where every client is welcomed with warmth, attention and care. Although I am blind, this unique quality gives me even greater sensitivity and the ability to sense tension in the human body and energy flows. My aim is to help you relax, relieve pain and improve your well-being. I am a massage therapist and have been perfecting the art of this craft since 2010. Over more than a decade, I have gained valuable experience working with a wide range of people – from active athletes to those simply seeking to improve their well-being and relax. Until 2019, I was a professional athlete, so I have a deep understanding of the body’s needs, physical exertion and the importance of recovery. I remain actively involved in sport to this day, so I am happy to share my knowledge not only about massage, but also about exercise, nutrition and wellness. I am blind, and this is my strength. Thanks to my exceptionally sensitive hands and attentive listening, I am able to sense the client’s physical tension and needs even more deeply. My aim is for everyone to feel lighter, healthier and more understood after a massage.
