Kinesiology and therapeutic massage specialist

Hello, I’m Tomas. I chose this profession because of the opportunity to serve people and, as far as possible, make their lives easier in these times of such a hectic pace of life. In my view, the human body is a vast complex of highly intricate systems, which sometimes become unbalanced whilst trying to adapt to the environment, so I strive to help my clients by adopting a holistic approach, combining massage with my knowledge of manual therapy and applied kinesiology, and often through simple human conversation. “A healthy body, a healthy mind” My services: Kinesiological massage, incorporating manual muscle testing, targeted muscle therapy, trigger point massage and post-isometric relaxation. I can communicate in Lithuanian, English and Russian.

Massage therapist, studio manager

I am a qualified massage therapist with a background in medicine. I perform therapeutic and relaxing massages for adults and children, as well as massages for pregnant women and postnatal care. Having won awards, the massages closest to my heart are those of a relaxing and soothing nature, which are so essential for everyone. For everyone seeking a sense of well-being and a good quality of life... “See with the heart, feel with the hands...” – this is the motto of my work, and I look forward to welcoming you.

Therapeutic massage specialist and physiotherapist

I am a physiotherapist and a specialist in therapeutic massage. So, before a massage, I always set aside time for a chat – I ask about the client’s complaints, any injuries they have suffered and any imbalances in their body. If necessary, I carry out simple functional or muscle tests so that I can understand the cause of the problem more precisely and select the most appropriate method. I perform the massage very mindfully, working on every muscle and tissue. I pay particular attention to trigger points, tense areas and deeper tissues. My work is not superficial – I aim to achieve genuine muscle relaxation and improved function. In my work, I draw on my knowledge of physiotherapy and a holistic approach to the individual. During a massage, my hands often lead me naturally to the areas of the body that need the most attention at that moment.

Massage therapist

How am I feeling today? And how do I want to feel tomorrow? Everyone should ask themselves these questions every day, and when you forget to do so, your massage therapist will ask them for you. Sometimes we don’t realise how our bodies absorb and accumulate all the emotions and stress from our surroundings, which over time manifest as pain in our bodies. A massage that is properly selected and performed will help restore your strength, relieve pain and give you a sense of lightness. I use a variety of massage techniques, so each client’s massage is tailored to their individual needs. I offer both relaxing and more intense massages. I focus on trigger points, joint mobility and the condition of the deep muscles.
