Whilst working at a private medical clinic, I observed how doctors interact with patients and realised that, in order to carry out one’s work professionally, communication – conversation and rapport with people – is absolutely vital🙋🏼‍♀️ That is why one of the key aspects of my work is to ensure that my clients not only receive professional services and consultations, but also feel part of a friendly, cosy and comfortable atmosphere.
