The team
Donata is the ‘Young Talent’ of the SEPIA team. Although she only recently began her career, she is highly skilled at styling long hair and creating haircuts. Having completed a work placement with the salon’s founder, Ugnė, following her training, she is ready to work and eagerly looks forward to welcoming new clients and taking on new challenges, which she handles superbly both independently and with the help of her colleagues at the salon. Ugnė Martinkutė Founder of SEPIA salon | Keune Color Chameleon ambassador and trainer. My work is a ritual that blends technique, individuality and creative intuition. I have been working as a hair stylist and colourist for over 10 years, and I never stop learning or exploring further. I hone my craft at international academies and draw on the expertise of world-class lecturers. SEPIA is not just a salon; it is a community centred around an alternative lifestyle and beauty. My role is to be more than just a stylist: to create a space where clients and colleagues receive more than they expected. After completing her academic training, Evelina undertook an internship with the salon’s founder, Ugnė, back when SEPIA hadn’t even been established yet, and realised that this profession was her true calling. Evelina particularly enjoys working with classic hair colouring techniques and a variety of haircuts. The team believes that the ‘Best Blonde Highlights’ award would certainly go to Evelina. Evelina herself is a warm, friendly professional who is skilled at handling particularly complex colouring techniques; she is a real ray of sunshine for the SEPIA team, travelling all the way from Klaipėda to welcome our salon’s clients and to take great pleasure in what she does. Modesta is a highly professional stylist. She has her own distinct style and a clear understanding of her clientele. She is not only a trendsetter but also our salon’s exceptional specialist, now in her seventh year of her career. She is also a former designer and a practising artist who carries out everything with the utmost care, professionalism and her own distinctive touch and taste – something her clients greatly appreciate, whilst her colleagues enjoy working alongside her. Modesta can fulfil almost any client request. Colouring with patterns and colours, deep reds, and the BLOND technique. Haircuts are also her speciality; they can be all sorts of styles, and most importantly, they are not only stylish and unique but also tailored to each person individually. IG @mother_kremer
