Pamper your body at SPA SHANTI | Ayurveda Centre, situated in the heart of Vilnius’s Old Town and the only one of its kind in Lithuania.

Since time immemorial, people have sought ways to prolong their youth and extend their lives. However, what could be better than time-honoured, natural therapeutic methods? One of the oldest and most effective systems of wellness is Ayurveda, which is now successfully applied in everyday life not only in India but throughout the world. We believe that for a long and healthy life, it is important not to seek treatment only after falling ill, but to learn to constantly nurture one’s body and spirit.

Fascinated by one of India’s oldest wellness sciences, Eglė and Darius Kauneckai founded the Ayurvedic centre SPA Shanti in 2005.
