“I’m delighted to have found my calling in the beauty industry – this is how I fulfil myself whilst bringing joy and beauty to my clients.” Although she had dreamt of becoming a hairdresser from a young age, Virginija did not choose this path straight away. She ended up studying economics and spending some time working with numbers in an accounts department before finally deciding to pursue her childhood dream. In 2016, Virginija enrolled at Vilnius College, where she completed a degree in HAIRSTYLING DESIGN and began her career in the beauty industry. She is constantly improving her skills in this field, seeking out challenges by taking part in various TV projects (the TV3 programme ‘X Factor’) or preparing performers for the theatre stage (Vilnius City Opera). Virginija enjoys testing her skills in hairdressing competitions, and she excels at it: In 2019, she won gold in the ‘Hairdresser of the Year’ competition’s Colourist category bronze in the bridal category at KAUNAS BEAUTY 2019, and was the Gold winner for Lithuania in the New Talent Category at COLOR ZOOM 2019. These victories led her to represent Lithuania at the global “Color Zoom” competition held in Vienna. She has mastered the subtleties of hairdressing and colouristry, listens carefully to her clients’ wishes and is able to suggest the right look even for those with a distinctive style. Virginija strives to constantly improve her skills by attending seminars and training courses: 2020: OLAPLEX theory and practice seminar on salon treatments 2022: Goldwell colouring seminar. 2023: “MASTER BY BORIS OBRESKI” Balayage seminar (Rome, Italy). Neringa has over 20 years’ experience in cosmetology. She simply loves this profession and adores her work.
