    Massage therapist and physiotherapist

I have been working in this field for over 14 years. I have a medical qualification, a degree in physical rehabilitation, a Lithuanian massage therapist diploma and an EU ITEC sports massage diploma. I work using a personalised approach, which involves identifying the root cause of your pain and addressing it directly during your very first visit. This involves deep muscle work along myofascial chains, releasing trigger points (points of muscle tension) and performing muscle stretching exercises. I will prepare a set of exercises for you to do at home. As the muscles relax during the massage, they subsequently need to be trained to function correctly. Only a combined approach – massage and exercises – yields solid and long-lasting results. I am delighted to be able to help you get rid of your pain once and for all!
