Human nutrition is a science that I will never tire of. It goes without saying that ‘food is medicine’, as I believe that by tailoring a person’s diet to their body, it is possible to achieve excellent results in every sense of the word. I am also an enthusiast of an active lifestyle. Physical activity and a healthy diet go hand in hand in my life. From childhood right through to finishing school, I danced; other sports followed, so whilst studying dietetics, I also obtained a sports coaching licence. After completing my studies, I worked at Vilnius University’s Santaros Clinics, where I prepared meal plans for healthy individuals, those with health conditions, and children. I also led one-to-one training sessions using EMS technology. I am a warm, empathetic person. I care deeply about each and every one of my clients. I will always strive to meet my clients’ expectations and help them achieve their goals effectively.
