SalonRadar is an online marketplace; it is not itself a licensed personal-care or veterinary service provider. Salons listed on the Platform are independent businesses responsible for holding their own professional licences and insurance where required by the jurisdiction in which they operate.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and we do not currently participate voluntarily.
