Questions salon owners ask
Straight answers about price, commission, moving your clients over and how SalonRadar works day to day.
Does SalonRadar charge commission on bookings?
No. SalonRadar takes 0% commission on every booking, on both the Founding Partners and the Standard plan.
How much does SalonRadar cost?
The first 25 businesses, the Founding Partners, pay €0 a month for life. After that, the price is €2.99 per team member with a calendar, per month. Billing is monthly, you can cancel any time and there is no minimum term.

The Founding Partners plan is free for life while places remain: 15 of 25 are taken. You can also look around the live demo at demo.salonradar.com, which runs on the same product. There is no time-limited trial.

Yes. We do the migration for you: your client records, service menu and booking history come across, checked with you before anything goes live.
How we moved a salon’s history from TreatwellIs SalonRadar available in Lithuanian and Russian?
Yes. The whole product works in Lithuanian, English and Russian, and your public profile and booking flow are shown to clients in all three languages.
Does it work on my phone? Is there an app?
SalonRadar is a web application for desktop and mobile browsers. You can install it on an iOS or Android home screen as a progressive web app. There is no native app in the app stores.
Who owns my client data, and can I export it?
You do. Your client list belongs to your business, and you can export your data at any time.
Who is SalonRadar for?
Hair and beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, pet groomers, studios and any other business that runs on appointments.
Does it send reminders to clients?
Yes. Clients get an email confirmation with a calendar file, then an SMS reminder the evening before the visit. Clients who allow notifications from SalonRadar also get a push notification when a booking is confirmed, moved or cancelled.
Will my clients be notified when their data is imported?
No. The import sends nothing (no email, SMS or push), and reminders for upcoming bookings stay off until you switch them on.
Does my whole history come across?
Clients, notes and bookings, including cancellations and no-shows, with the practitioner and price for each visit. Client cards with no name, phone or email cannot be moved, because there is nobody to attach them to.
Can I keep using my current system during the move?
Yes. Your history is moved first while you carry on as normal. On the day you switch, a final short run brings over what is new, including upcoming appointments.
